Location Tracking

HazardEye App location tracking and safety monitoring

The location tracking function on the HazardEye App is an essential safety monitoring and compliance management tool for builders and subcontractors to keep their workers safe on high risk construction sites.

Using location tracking, Hazard Eye is able to show the management team what construction site their workers are working on at any given time and to make sure they have signed out after leaving the site. More importantly, in the case of a worker being injured and unable to call for help, the management team can use HazardEye to locate the injured worker and get emergency medical assistance to them fast.

How HazardEye uses location tracking on a high risk construction work site

On arrival to the construction site the workers are required to clock-on (sign-in to site) using the HazardEye App before they start work. When they have completed their work tasks onsite, the workers then clock-off at that site (or sign-out of site) before leaving the construction site.

If the worker forgets to sign-out before leaving the construction site, the HazardEye App will use the workers location tracking on their mobile phone to confirm that they have left the construction site and it will continue to send regular notifications to the workers mobile phone until they clock-off (sign-out of the previous site).
